Trentabank to Shutlingsloe (5 Miles)
Start the walk at the Trentabank Carpark and follow the path, which is well signposted, to the top of Shutlingsloe. This is quite a steep climb through the forest, across moorland and then a paved stairway to the top of the Shutlingsloe hill. Enjoy the views.
Follow the path down to Clough Brook. This is quite a steep decent and quite slippery when wet. Follow the delightful footpath along Clough Brook until reaching Oven Lane and turn left.
Turn left into Charity Lane after walking up the very steep hill. There is a footpath on the left of the road. Take this all the way down back to the start of the walk.
